Group Therapy

Sometimes life becomes difficult or unmanageable due to psychological or interpersonal concerns. Therapy can help you regain control.

Treatment, whether for an individual or couple, begins with an initial assessment that involves discussing current concerns and any relevant background and/or history before working collaboratively to develop therapeutic goals and a treatment plan.

The initial assessment usually requires one to two sessions; however, a more comprehensive psychological assessment can be provided if needed.
